GRANT AND FEE
The Software is owned by FlowPhase Inc. ("FlowPhase") and is licensed to you for your full functional free trial use only on the terms set forth in this Trial License Agreement. By agreeing to this Trial License Agreement, you have the right to use the Software on one single computer for a fifteen to thirty (15-30) day period only, as stated on the trial software-opening screen.
PURPOSE
This Trial License is to give you the opportunity to evaluate the Software in order for you to determine whether or not to license the purchased version.
TERMINATION
This Trial License Agreement shall terminate fifteen-thirty (15-30) days from the date hereof. Upon termination, the Software will not be fully functional. You need a Five-Year License or Five-Year License to restore all the functions. If your trial period expires and you would like to purchase a license, please visit www.flowphase.com

WARRANTY
By installing and using the SOFTWARE you are agreeing to the following terms:
- In no event shall FlowPhase Inc. or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the SOFTWARE be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if FlowPhase Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE remains with the user.
- The Install Wizard files of the SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed without any limitations and by any media in its original unmodified state. No prior consent from FlowPhase Inc. is necessary.
- This is the unregistered and trial version of the SOFTWARE. It is fully functional and its features have not been crippled. You are hereby licensed to freely use it and evaluate it for 15 or 30 days after which period you are legally required to register if you want to continue using this SOFTWARE, or to remove it from your computer. Registration of this version shall entitle you to free upgrades to future releases of the SOFTWARE (the upgrades will be made available for download at our Web site).
- A single user license entitles you to use the SOFTWARE on a single computer only. If you want to use the SOFTWARE on more than one computer, you must either seek individual licenses for each computer or purchase a site license or a world-wide license, accordingly.
