A: Yes it allows multiple users or can be for a stand alone computer.

Q: Does Trial Version function the same as the normal version?
A:  Yes. The trial version is fully functional except it will expire after a limited period of time (15 or 30 days after installation).
It works exactly the same way as the normal version until expiry.

Q: How can I get the Trial License and is it free?
A:  When you install the program, you are licensed with the Trial License, which will ensure your free trial of the program for 15 or 30 days.  It is absolutely free. You can download your free trial here.

Q: Which folder should I install the program into?
A:  Administrator rights are required for installation and the program must be installed in a folder in which you have the right access to. If the program is for any user on the computer, please make sure every user has the right access to that folder. The setup wizard of the program will help you through the installation process.

Q: Can I install the program on different computers?
A:  Yes. You can get as many free trial licenses as you like by installing the program on different computers. You can even distribute the trial licenses to other individuals by sending them the setup program.

Q: Why do I need a Five-Year License?
A:  The trial license only allows you to run the program fully functional for a short period of time. You need a Five-Year License to keep the program fully functional

Q: Can I activate a Five-Year License on different computers?
A:  No. A Five-Year License is only for one computer. You cannot activate one license on more than one computer. If required, you can always order more licenses for the additional computers.

Q: Is the software refundable after I buy it?
A:  No. It is not refundable after the license activation. While using the software we ask that you make your decision of whether to purchase or not to purchase.

Q: How can I get service and technical support?
A:  You can always get service and technical support by contacting us. The technical support is only available for registered customers. A free one-year service will be included with your purchase of a license. After one year the license is activated, you need to order for the service and technical support from FlowPhase Inc.

Q: How do I receive a Five-Year License?
A:  First you must buy your license. There are many ways to help you order at anytime. After processing the license, you need to activate your license through the License Activation process included in the program.

Q: How do I activate my license?
A: When the program is in trial mode or expired, the License Activation dialog will popup when the program starts up and some functions are requested. The process can also be located via Help>License Activation menu.  The following information must be sent to us:

  • Program Name and Version:  (ex. AQUAlibrium 3.1)

  • Machine ID: (ex. 91B8E0BC-34003174-EC21FB29-A62FFF58), copy available

  • User Name: (ex. Shouxi)

  • Order No.: 

The License Activation key will be generated according to your license and the License Activation information shall be sent to you which includes the following:

  • User Name: (ex. Shouxi), paste available

  • User Key: (ex. TL-10B5891AKl1OURNVpUTwbkTbT7XmRrWF6xUO+f1j), paste available

  • Serial ID: (ex. ), paste available, most of time it is empty 

  • License Agreement

Please keep the License Activation Information in a safe place. You may receive help from us if your service term is valid which is free for the first year and can be ordered after.

Q: Should I buy the service after one year? 
A:  The free service and technical support starts from the license activation and lasts for one year for the
Five-Year License. However after one year, technical support and service shall be purchased before it is expire each year at the yearly rate of 25% of the Five-Year License price. You don’t have to buy the service. If you are satisfied with the version you have then you will not need service.In case you need service please contact us. The service fee may change depending on the services requested.

Q: Are the software updates free?
A: The updates are free to new purchases for one year without any version limit.  The updates are free to the Five-Year Licenses with version limits as mentioned in the download page if the services are bought continuously each year.

Q: Can I reactivate my key if I need to?
A:  Yes we reactivate keys. However the keys are only regenerated to the previous active licenses for the specified computers. It is included in our service and free for one year from the first license activation.

Q: How are payments received and completed?
A:  Payments can be made by credit card or over the phone, if the customer or client is not comfortable using PayPal or our online payment system.

A:  No there are no service fees.

Q: Do CD versions change all the time?
A: The CD version is always the latest version.

Q: What happens if I have a version that is four or five years old, will I still receive an activation key for that?
And will I have to pay for it? 
A:  If you have a version that is five, six years old and you have lost it due to a virus, or made a mistake on deleting it out of the system, you can still activate it from us if our records show the Machine ID is identical to the original. If the version is four or five years old then the license must be bought.

Q: Where is the registration number?
A:  The registration number can be in two different places depending on the version of the software running on your computer. However, there are two places that could be viewed:

  • one is when the activation process takes place there will be a Registration number at the very bottom consisting of as many as XXXX-XXXX-XX digits. (10 digits)

  • In some versions the Registration number is known as the Machine ID. Beside the registration number is a button to copy the number, which is required by generating the key.

Q: What if I purchase a new computer during the 5 year period?
A:  Contact us for a new registration key. It is one of the reasons we charge annual service fees.

Q: My laptop was stolen. Can I get a new registration key?
A:  Contact us for a new registration key. However we may expect your insurance company pay for a new license in this case. The original machine ID tells us whether your CPU was a laptop or not.
